discrepancies on shipped orders must be reported within 24 hours of
receipt. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED EVENTS, STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR DISTURBANCES, LOSS OF POWER, FIRE, ACTS OF TERRORISM OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL THAT COULD CANCEL, MODIFY OR RESULT IN THE RESCHEDULING OF THIS EVENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. All
invoiced items are "Event Packages" and include some other item of
value unless otherwise noted in advance. Due to the nature of the
business and the sensitivity of seat locations, in some circumstances
the exact seat location may differ slightly from what was originally
purchased. However, in the cases DerbyBox.com will offer the buyer a
better, comparable, or replacement for the same price as the original
purchase.
Since Derby and Oaks tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating Market, ticket
prices are subject to change at any time.
